My salesman was Preet Srivastav. He seemed polite and trustworthy making comments about a used Mustang I was planning to purchase. I was ready to buy the car but I noticed there was a big dent along with two other smaller dents on the passenger door. I mentioned this to Preet and told him there was no way I am going to buy the car unless the dents were fixed. He told me not to worry about it because he "guarantees" the dents get fixed. It took a little more than two weeks for them to schedule a PDR to work on my car and when I did get the car back, only a big dent was fixed and the smaller ones were left alone. I talked to Preet about this and to my surprise, he talked about nonsense claiming how I, as a customer, was just trying to squeeze more from the dealership when all i wanted was the promise of the dents fixed. Keep in mind that i told Preet about the dents being a major problem at least 4-5 times but he still said he "has not made such promises". Salesman Preet told me he would get back to me about what the manager says but weeks have gon by and have not received a word. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Worse than poor dealership I booked jeep wrangler 4xe and was waiting for delivery. I went to the dealership to charge my electric car which i was told by salesman that i can charge anytime However wh and was waiting for delivery. Jim Pattison. I told him that this charger was listed in flo application and i am charging because of that I have complained to flo helpline about this experience and canceled my jeep wranglers booking from this worst dealership. And will never buy or recommend anyone to buy car from here. More
I brought in my Chrysler 300 yesterday to have two recalls fixed. While they wrote my number down wrong and when I called to find out what was going on they said service was busy and couldn’t answer s recalls fixed. So I waited and waited no call so I called back an hour and half later to be told my car was ready for awhile and I said I never received a call. So I repeated my number twice asking is this what you have and he replied yes when in fact it was a 9 at the end not a 5 that was written on my receipt. I was also told I get a complimentary wash and vacuum and I said that’s awesome thank you. When I finally picked up my car at 630 it wasn’t washed or vacuumed. So even though my service was free because it was a recall I wasn’t impressed with the service at all and it was my first time there. More
I purchased a brand new Jeep 6 months ago, and when I did. I was told that i would get my 1st service free. So my sales rep, booked my free service, which was today. Anyhow, i went to the sales managers office and explained that i was told that my 1st service on the new vehicle was free... anyhow after a half an hour of waiting, I was told no. I spent 60k and that dealership and I wanted to buy 3k in accessories while waiting for an oil change but they lost me over an oil change. More
Don't buy any jeep products I beg anyone who is considering the thought. It is a poorly built vehicle. Basically i leased a 2018 jeep wrangler brand new and the alternator gave out on me with only considering the thought. It is a poorly built vehicle. I want to give the thing back and pay out the rest of my lease. That's how upset I am with this product. Honestly if anyone is looking to buy a good product go honda or Toyota. More

I had so much trouble with service. They are not following the level of dip stick to check oil level every time. I got 5x experiecibg this and always ask them before and after the services happens. following the level of dip stick to check oil level every time. It is hard to call thrm by phone and to email as well if i have a complain about the service. I need to spend to return again my van to check the level. I cheched snd i ask other opinion to check my oil level snd it was too high from the dip stick level. What is the logic of dip stick if you are not using it during service. More
Terrible service department! I was never provided a written detailed quote prior to the repairs which cost $7000. and didn't solver the problem we ended up having to pay for a new engine at another de written detailed quote prior to the repairs which cost $7000. and didn't solver the problem we ended up having to pay for a new engine at another dealer on top of the $7000 repairs that were done at this service dept. When i asked the manager why they didn't offer to replace the engine they said they wouldn't lake any money do that!! We are being forced to take legal action. Sales guys are great service dept is brutal. More
