Excellent I found the service from this dealership better then any other dealership I went to. The sales people were not overly pushy when we were just looking I found the service from this dealership better then any other dealership I went to. The sales people were not overly pushy when we were just looking but were amazing coming through with a great deal in the end. If anyone is going out to this dealership ask to deal with Crystal she knows the product inside and out and is very friendly. Overall I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. More

Brushed it all off asked for my debit deposit back told me I had to wait till they could issue a check. They used my debit at 7 pm now they tell me they have to issue a check the next day. What started out well ended poorly. I work for the Pattisson group this sales manager lacks a go get em and his financial lady Susie should find another job!! I did however like John our sales guy but beyond that I will be forwarding my experience to the group! More
Customer loyalty means nothing Being a Dodge guy I have purchased 3 vehicles from JP Chrysler in Surrey over the last 5 years. Went in for my fourth a few weeks ago, quickly had a Being a Dodge guy I have purchased 3 vehicles from JP Chrysler in Surrey over the last 5 years. Went in for my fourth a few weeks ago, quickly had a look at a Challenger SRT, did the rest over email and agreed to pricing subject to test drive and final inspection. Went in looked at the car in the daylight and found several scratches and paint chips (new car) turn it on and the engine light was on and barely any gas in the car. Obviously no one took the time or care to pre-inspect the car before delivering to client. Of course I was not about to fork over all that money to buy a "new" car which requires body work or the engine light on. To say the least the deal fell apart. Tried to still show loyalty and buy another car, found a 2014 dodge charger for $3500 less but the dealership was blinded by the original trade in price on the higher end model and would not budge so we left it at that . Several attempts by the dealership over the next week trying to sell me the same car with the engine light on turned out to be a complete waste of time given they were not interested in making any allowances for their earlier failures. As a result turned this "Dodge" guy into a Chevrolet guy when I purchased the 2015 Chev Camaro 2SS LT. I am sure if Jim Pattison sold cars like this back in the day we would not see his name all over the place today. Very disappointing when customer loyalty is returned by a slap in the face. More

She was super knowledgeable about Jeeps and was such a big help. Being two young people, we weren't expecting to be taken seriously, but Crystal was very professional and didn't treat us any different than she would an older couple. Needless to say, the next time we need to purchase a vehicle, which will likely be another jeep because we are totally in love, we will go to this same dealership and see Crystal again. I will tell any of my friends looking for a vehicle to go see her. More
Wasted our time A salesperson from this dealership phoned us saying they wanted to buy our car. He told us to bring our car in for an appraisal and an offer. Checking them out on-line, they indeed have a "Sell Us Your Car" programme that promises free appraisals and written offers.. So we made an appointment. When we arrived, the salesperson told us our car was good, but that the used car manager didn't show up for work that day, and assured us that we'd get a phoine call the next day. The next day, we called them and were told that the used car manager still wasn't available, but that we'd for sure get a call tomorrow. Two days later, we called the salesperson again and were told not to worry, that we'd most definitely get a call tomorrow. They never called. This was a waste of gas, time and our good will. More

Customer Service(shop): good service but have done things and THEN sought my approval. You need more courtesy cars. Service writters are very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I were looking for a preowned van so we decided to go to Jim Pattison chrysler to check out what they have and there we met Layne. He showed us really nice vans within our price range and decided to go to Jim Pattison chrysler to check out what they have and there we met Layne. He showed us really nice vans within our price range and took us for a test drive. One particular van that we liked was made in the states so we decided we didn't wanna go for it so Layne showed us another vehicle and off we went again for a test drive, and decided to get that van in the end. Layne was really helpful, friendly and very patient and more importantly, gave us good advice but not pushy (which any buyer would appreciate because it gives you a chance to decide for yourself). I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. We are really happy with our purchase and the experience we had. More
