Worst dealership in Ottawa Never taking my car there again. They over charged me for a repair that they did not complete. My vehicle still has the same problem they said they re Never taking my car there again. They over charged me for a repair that they did not complete. You can guarantee I will never take my car there; nor will anyone I know. More

Fast forward to 2015, I contacted Gilles asking if my son could talk t In 2009 I bought a 2006 Ford Focus and I swear it was the most reliable car ... Fast forward to 2015, I contacted Gilles asking if my son could talk to him about buying a car ... What to look out for, etc. Gilles was more than happy to assist. The used inventory had a car I was interested in as well. Gilles recommended Sarah Major and the deal was so easy to negotiate. My son bought my car, I bought the car from used inventory. It didn't matter that in total we only spent just over $10K, we were treated so well. Not only a great dealership, but a great employer, Gilles, Sarah, Peter and Sean are quality people and I will spread the word that Jim Keay is THE TOP dealership. THANK YOU More

The service provided by Mark Buik was outstanding - he thoroughly explained all the service that my Edge required, plus he ensured me that the work would be completed in short order and in a professional manner. Mark's pleasant personality made me feel very comfortable and gave me confidence that the required work would in fact be finished to my complete satisfaction. In summary, completely happy with my visit to Jim Keay's service department, mainly due to the professional presentation by Mark Buik!!!!! More

This time when I went to look for a new vehicle I zeroed in to All told, this is the sixth vehicle purchased at Jim Keay Ford by my immediate family. This time when I went to look for a new vehicle I zeroed in to Jim Keay Ford because of the satisifing experiences myself and my immediate family have had in the past. Mr Rod McLeod, was a big determining factor in my decision. He went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. He is a very patient salesperson ensuring every aspect of purchasing or leasing a vehicle is made perfectly clear. He showed me vehicles that specifically met my requirements. As a past Ford Escape owner I was convinced I wanted another Escape. I did not realize however, just how much the Escape has changed during the last few years. I got a huge awakening when I drove the new improved model, good performance, excellent details in body and engine. My personal thanks to Mr Rod McLeod for making this experience one that won't soon be forgotten. As a matter of fact everyone at Jim Keay Ford treated me respectfully and portrayed the air of consummate professionals. Very good business interaction and customer service. Ask for Carproof - misleading - BUYER BEWARE Sarah was very friendly and I don't blame her for my experience, but demo is listed with 15km on the website. Actually had 19 000kms - redflag #1. Test drove car, battery was dead...strange...red flag #2 Then begin to negotiate on price - only to be told in the very late stages that the car has had a $6000 accident. Red flag #3 Left me with a very bad taste - I walked away. Moral of the story - don't trust the kms. listed on the website and ask for a Carproof first. Buyer beware.... More
