I put a $500 deposit on a used $12000 hyndai car & applied for finance with them, they got back said finaceing is DEClINED for that car bit I am approved for newer Sentra for $19000 or a brand new For applied for finance with them, they got back said finaceing is DEClINED for that car bit I am approved for newer Sentra for $19000 or a brand new Forte, after them trieng to heavily push & bully me into buying the more expensive sentra or brand car, I still refused & asked for my deposit back since my finaceing was declined for the wanted, They outside refused ! Even sales manger told me strait Not going to happen, your not getting your deposit back,.You signed a contact agreeing to buy a car from us ! Only after I theatend to go to CBC go public & small claims court they gave my deposit back!! More
