Salesman Chris, General Manager Rick, & Financial Services Officer Dayna all went above & beyond throughout our buying experience. We went back & forth several times with new questions and scenarios for all of them and, in the end, we left with confidence & total satisfaction. We chose to buy the Lubrico warranty. We suggest you carefully read the written application & don't assume things are covered that aren't in writing. We bought a 4 year old non-Chevrolet vehicle, yet we were treated as valuable as any new car buyer would expect. I had been dealing with this dealership since I was a kid. On Friday, May 13, 2022, my hubby and I went to that dealership, looking for a truck. There was minimal stock on hand. The sales rep pointed dow kid. On Friday, May 13, 2022, my hubby and I went to that dealership, looking for a truck. There was minimal stock on hand. The sales rep pointed down the street and stated that there was a truck at another facility off-site. He did not accompany us, just left us to fend for ourselves. Poor move. Roy and I felt a little abandoned there. I thought that to be rather odd. We went to look at the truck, and a serviceman asked us if we needed assistance. We stated that we were looking at the truck. He said, “You can look at it all you like!” This was not in a kind manner. It was rather sarcastic. There was no follow-up sentence like, “We will be happy to assist you.” Well, with that being said, I was done! They just lost my business. I went back to that dealership to retrieve my receipt for the final payment of my Cruz. I did let the sales rep know of our negative experience! Guess what? I went to Ken Knapp Ford, just down the street, and we purchased a 2019 F150! Low mileage, beautiful! Jeff Smith lost a $49K sale over the behavior of 2 people. More

Today I stoped to see if I could get a service on our pickup we recently purchased. An the service department went out if they're way to fit me in during the snow storm. The service was done efficiently and with care. Cleaned the inside as well. I totally recommend either sales or service as well as the parts department. From being greeted by Renee to Paul making sure I was satisfied with the pickup itself and my service. 100 percent satisfaction on every detail of this dealership. Sincerely Joe Mclean More

Not worth my drive for the customer service and quality After reviewing the reviews of this dealership and reviewing their stock online, I took my spouse out to check it out after work. I had my eye on a Chevrolet and was ready to buy. I had high hopes. I did call before, to ensure the vehicles (this dealership had a couple of the model in stock) I was reviewing online was still in stock and that there were sales agents available when we got there. The experience was nothing like I was hoping. After waiting 10 minutes in the showroom sitting in a vehicle, we were asked to go around the vehicles we were interested in and the "sales agent" would be there. After a few minutes wait, the sales agent finally came to talk to us. I had a few questions and she couldn't answer them. She got us keys (how helpful of her) to test drive one of the vehicles. When we came back from the drive, she was again not available to help us. She was with another client and we had to wait. After waiting and getting keys to go on another test drive (had a different engine) we went to talk with her about making an offer on a vehicle because I wanted to buy what they had in stock. The vehicle I was interested in was the demo - though online it was shown as a NEW vehicle. It was priced as a new vehicle, and she was selling it as a new vehicle!! This was so odd. GM offered $450 off on this vehicle as an incentive and $1000 off if you financed the car. I was not impressed with this price or how she was handling the sale. She got the night manager to help her. He didn’t know he had this demo in stock! And was pretty surprised that it was being sold as a NEW car. He offered me $1000 off the demo. This vehicle has 19,000 km and was marked down $1000. This was a shame. I was surprised at what I was hearing. This was a despicable experience! I would caution anyone who is looking at travelling to the county for a better experience. I did not receive one. More
