Stick to their promises, freindly sales persons and manager I bought a Toyota Rav4, 2010, my sales person was Kovadis. The purchase was smooth, the sales person did not push me to buy any of the cars, and was e I bought a Toyota Rav4, 2010, my sales person was Kovadis. The purchase was smooth, the sales person did not push me to buy any of the cars, and was explaining about the cars I selected, and showing me the car proofs until I decided to take the Rav4. In addition, I found little noise a day after buying the car, I returned next day and brought this issue to Kovadis and manager, who instructed to fix the car immediately (it was driver bearing) without any additional costs. They did not add any fees, other than government taxes and government registration fees, no other additional fees at all. The shampooing which is done in a nearby garage, was not very good although was done twice. However, I am happy that I bought my car from this company and got served by the sales person Kovadis. More

Horrible I am totally agree with other review.They have pathethic after sale service. I bought chevy cruze from them and within 1 month, I face some issue in the car suspension and cruise control also stop working.Even though i took 1 year extended warranty, they refuse to check cruise control saying warranty doesnot cover this and we dont have equipment to check this.Owner behaviour was so rude and entirely different than what it was at the time of selling the car.Despite of multiple visit to Janex, my issue was not resolve.Every1 was feeling issue in my car rxcept Janex staff.i want to slap myself why i bought car from such a trapper.Guys never ever go to them.and never took extended warranty.It would be the wastage of time. Unicorn Sanctuary in Ottawa! All of the cars presented to me were so expensive when brand new, now most of them were the same payment as a Dodge Grand Caravan! This place had very rare finds from Germany, some temping Japanese models, and they also had some Unicorn's! A car I wanted not long ago that was way out of my price range, I am driving only a few years later for a low, low payment. Nicknamed it the Unicorn! Read some odd reviews of people looking for 'the new car' experience, for a 'used car deal' on this site. Pick 1 folks. I'll take the 'used car deal'. Thanks Janex. Lovin' this thing! More

If you must buy a vehicle from Janex Auto Sales please take the car to your mechanic shop,because after you buy the car,and if anything wrong with it, Janex will not assist you in the repairs. Be very careful when you sign your bank financing documents, because this company is well know in Ottawa to add illegal documentation,and administration fees on top of the prices. my experiance at janex Auto am looking at a second car and previously bought a great honda from them and had a great experience im surprised at what i see here and found this sit am looking at a second car and previously bought a great honda from them and had a great experience im surprised at what i see here and found this site by accident when i was searching for Janex website did you actually buy a car from there ? there was a finance doc fee from the finance company not from them as my credit wasn't so great they helped me get established again seems sad that if you didn't buy a car from them to be saying such damaging things I had a small problem with my last car and they dealt with it straight away ! im going back to buy my wife's new car there and expect the same good service im surprised what i see here ! More
