Any issues have not be resolved and is apparent will not as they lack responsibility, integrity and the basic requirement code of ethics under the MVDA. Very poor customer service and no communication once the agreement was signed. The owner avoids communication and any responsibility for my concerns, accountabilty for the aggressive behaviour and poor conduct of his employee towards a woman. More

They don't deserve a star. I bought my car 2022. They ripped my sticker off my vehicle that has all information about the car. They left me stranded when i broke down asking fo I bought my car 2022. Called them told them that i would pay and still nothing. Sal said my car was undercoated it was not. As soon as it got close to the 90 days they said go deal with your coverage nothing left we can do. They will remember the 2010 volkswagen passat cc white going in and out of their auto service. Sal was a terrible salesman. The guy that thinks he runs the garage with only one worker tells broken promises and says things are done when they didn't do it. I tell everyone about this place. Never buy a car from them. Don't worry I made a claim with the Business bureau. They don't take care of there customers. The poor receptionist deals with all of it. They always did what they could for me. They deserve all the stars. AGAIN DONT BUY A CAR FROM JANEX AUTO. More
So I never purchased a vehicle from them, never got that far. First of all. I was just looking at vehicles and driving with Steve popped up on my browser. So I opened the link. It asked what I was looking for, how much a month I wanted to spend, where I'm located name date of birth ( assumed this was to verify age of majority) Next thing within a half an hour I get a call from Janex auto sales. They're offering me financing, which I repeatedly tell them I don't need as I am already approved with TD auto finance. I tell them I am just looking. Now I have an excellent credit rating, and I keep a close eye on it. I monitor it regularly. Next thing I get another call from Janex auto sales telling me that I'm pre approved for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I said did you go into my credit file. Oh no we would never do that . Next thing I get an alert from Equifax that there has been a hard inquiry on my file. And wouldn't you know... Janex auto sales. I contacted the credit bureau, and my lawyer, and finally Janex auto sales. I asked why they accessed my file they said I applied, I said no I didn't, I don't need their over inflated credit, I am in good standing with my bank. I told them to stay out of my credit file and remove my name from their list. At which point the credit manager Mustafa became somewhat belligerent, because they had sent me several vehicle options and I didn't reply.. At which point I again advised him to remove my name from their list, do not run my credit again or you will be hearing from my lawyer. Alas no I didn't purchase a vehicle from them. And no I won't be purchasing a vehicle from them. And I had best not see any more activity on my credit bureau from them. I regret buying a used 2012 Kia Sorento from Janex in August 2021. It seemed like a good deal at $10,000 with 128,000 km, but it turned out to be a lemon. After only 28 months of mostly highway driving, it now has 184,000 km and is unfit for the road. It needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs to pass safety inspection, and two mechanics advised me to scrap it. Here is a list of the $5,619 repairs I had to do. - $1,517 (Oct 5, 2021): Antenna, driver’s seat trim and cover, all season tires - $700 (Oct 2021): Rust removal work - $305 (Dec 13, 2021): New battery - $247 (Jan 13, 2022): Repaired three rear sensors that had been glued in - $1,051 (May 10, 2022): General repairs to brakes, and replaced front pads due to corrosion - $500 (Feb 23, 2023): Oil leak from oil pressure sensor - $283 (May 16, 2023): Check engine light on, large evap leak in vent circuit - $1,026 (Oct 19, 2023): Replaced both front quick struts, rear right toe adjustor being seized To make the SUV certified safe to sell second-hand, it would require me to spend thousands more dollars in repairs to fix: Hole in frame on pass rear Right rear tail light bulb Right side headlight lens Free up front caliper sliders Replace park brake shoes, hold down kit and actuator lever Replace rear brake backing plates and rear right caliper Fix oil leaks from engine/transmission area Rear differential is leaking Front brake service as caliper sliders are seized Rear brake pads, rotors, right rear caliper Replace rear CV axle shaft seals as they are leaking Condenser fins are gone This experience has overall cost me a lot of money and stress.
