It was towed to James Toyota for repairs and they were advised as to what the trouble was and what the repair was needed . The Alternator was intermittently failing and caused the battery to fail. On picking up the vehicle they only replaced the battery and claimed no fault was evident on the alternator. On returning to my city the next morning I had the vehicle fail to start and had it towed to Toyota dealer which identified the alternator as defective and replaced same under warranty. On contacting James Toyota and requesting refund of the labour portion of the bill as the repair was NOT completed I was refused. More

Buy most recently I purchased a Toyota Tundra and after a week of driving it I kept asking myself "What the heck took me so long to buy one??" The pricing is what always held me back, you do pay a little more for a Toyota vehicle but the reliability and durability of their vehicles makes it that you probably more than double your savings in the cost of repairs over the lifetime of the car/truck.
