The sales staff (Mike and Jordan) the manager (Jay) and the finance folks (Andrea, Aja and Craig) were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had been in a couple times as I was debating trading in my ram 1500 and was unsure about switching to a ford. Mike and Jordan were great because they didn't pressure me but at the same time were more than willing to answer a million questions. I have to say I've been to many dealerships and I've never seen the business owner actually out on the floor making sure customers were looked after. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
