The front line service staff have gone way above and beyond for me and my family They always make sure I have a car to drive if I am on an oil change or other service matters. Silvino and Jamie of the service crew are worth their weight in platinum!!! These are the guys you will see when you bring your car in for maintenance, oil change, etc. There is nothing these guys won't do to make sure you are 100,000,000% satisfied and super happy that you own a Jaguar and you bought from Birchwood.
