This was my first visit after buying my new car. The noise l heard didn't appear when l was there, so l left the car overnight. The next morning it made its rattling/ticking noise and was traced to The noise l heard didn't appear when l was there, so l left the car overnight. The next morning it made its rattling/ticking noise and was traced to a loose heat shield. The mechanic replaced and installed all the parts necessary and checked the rest of the car out. The noise is gone and my car runs very quiet now, with no problems since then. From start to end the service was very professional and friendly, thank you Mashal Ahmadi for all your help. More

Appreciated the candid review of options and considerations, given my car is 10 years old and I may consider buying a new one soon. One suggestion is to not have to work hard to convince the person making an appointment to allow me to stay for my service visit, and keep it tight and on time, especially when it is just a standard oil change. I understand that MetroWest preference would be to have a customer drop off the car and call them back when ready, however know that this is an extreme deterrent and inconvenience for us customers, given it is highly inefficient and waste our time on two trips to the dealership. I would recommend that the service department feels comfortable organizing their day to provide quick and efficient service appointments while customers wait to allow them to grab their vehicle and get on with their day. More
I had the opportunity to deal with Craig twice in a two month span in purchasing a Range Rover.
