experience from xxxx. brought my 07 monte carlo ss in to trade in on an 15 cadillac ats awd, salesman asked me up front what would prevent this deal from happening, i repli brought my 07 monte carlo ss in to trade in on an 15 cadillac ats awd, salesman asked me up front what would prevent this deal from happening, i replied no deal if i dont get at least 6000$ for my car. i sat around the dealership for almost 2 hrs the first day and bout 1.5 hrs the next visit two days later only to be told my car is worth nothing because the check engine light was on, i told them it was the gas cap and it had flashed tighten gas cap, which i replaced but didnt bother to reset the light afterward. they said it had over 700 misfires recorded and it had a leaking trans hose. took the car home and disconnected the battery for a few minutes and reconnected it only to find the engine light wen tout and has been off ever since. they clearly didnt want my business, its a cold dark atmosphere there, i didnt feel comfortable the whole time.. do not shop here,,,,you`ll regret it. con artists. i left not knowing what my car was worth even after all the waiting around....took the car to boyers in pickering. they told me they could get me 4500$ after 10 mins of arriving there. amazing service, amazing people. they have restored my faith in car dealerships. because i do love the GM name brand, its nice to have the brand love me back. More

My insurance agent even called him to get the car deal finalized and he told her she didn't know what she was talking about because his wife was in insurance. Since when is it ok to speak down to customers or the public. I was a customer there for 5 years and I will never go back. More

Door lock was to be fixed before purchase and was not and I was told to cancel transaction or suck it up. took it anyway with them paying half of it. Vehicle was safetied and E-tested and pl;ated through them. I was told it was in great condition and nothing should have to be done for a long time. within 3 months whamo... suspension issues..... issues that were told to me that were there before i took ownership based on the amount of corrosion and such. bought in April 2014 it is now January 2015 and have put an additional $8.000 into the vehicle for things that should never have been needed had the dealer actually been ethical Buyer BEWARE More
