Poor service. Was in to get a routine tune up. Was told water pump needed replacement but that it was under warrant, so I agreed. Once it was all done Robin, servi Was in to get a routine tune up. Was told water pump needed replacement but that it was under warrant, so I agreed. Once it was all done Robin, service manager, said water pump was not under warranty and that I would have to pay. Very unprofessional and slimy tactics. I questioned this and was told my the manager Caroline things would be corrected, this was over 5 months ago. Will never buy and Volkswagen again thanks to this service. More
