It all started when we walked in and met our salesperson Justin Hill. We found he was more than kind enough to take the time without any pressure going through and answering all our questions. It was my first time visiting Jack Carter for an oil change with our new vehicle. I received a text message asking me to click a link to notify the service advisor upon arrival, but when I arrived aroun change with our new vehicle. I received a text message asking me to click a link to notify the service advisor upon arrival, but when I arrived around 7:50am there were already cars parking inside the shop. Since there were no clear instructions in the text and no reply when I confirmed my arrival, I wasn’t sure if I needed to drive inside as well. I eventually entered after seeing other cars go in. Overall, the service itself was good. They offered me a ride home, but I chose to wait at the dealership and the oil change was completed in about an hour, and I was notified by text when the car was ready. I just hope that future text updates provide clearer instructions on where to go upon arrival to avoid any confusion or assumptions. More
