Really help me out with a challenging situation. They let me have my truck towed to the shop, my keys had been stolen and I needed to have the truck stored while we waited on insurance. Service was fine. But I had booked through their website for 3 things. When I showed up, the service advisor seemed annoyed to even be at work and wasn’t helpful telli But I had booked through their website for 3 things. When I showed up, the service advisor seemed annoyed to even be at work and wasn’t helpful telling me that the could do the oil change, if I wanted them to check the mechanical they’d have to keep it (which is fine but saying it in a way that made me feel like I was being unreasonable) and that auto detailing was done off site so they can’t do it (so a) why offer it on the website without explaining that and b) when I showed up why not still offer it rather than just shooting it down). I booked with the dealership cause of specific issues and it was a huge waste of my time and I was met with the feeling I was putting him out when I was just trying to get stuff done that was offered on the website. I’ll go elsewhere for all my service needs. More
