From the front desk staff to mechanics they continually screw up. I have a 2016 Fiat 500X that I have been taking there for service since the next closest Fiat service is over 15 km away. This dealership will tell you to come in for service, when you get there it is "who were you talking to we don't have any mechanics available".... Happened at least 4 times. Tried to replace and charge me for the same thermostat they replaced the day before... So a free 2nd thermostat I didn't need. Lightbulbs never in stock, when they are in the mechanics can't even put them in right as they fell out and burnt thru my fender firewall.. Pathetic that a dealership cannot even stock and replace bulbs.... Stay away!!!! Updated: Mark and his service team stepped up and listened to my concerns and got my vehicle fixed. Can't ask more from a service team than to listen to you and get the problem fixed. Thanks Mark. I would recommend this dealership for all your service needs. More

I’ve been going there for service on my challenger for the past 2 years now. They have gone above and beyond what I expected, more than once. Elvin, the service department manager, is fantastic. He listens to clients, shows empathy, apologizes if required and finds solutions. The service technicians that they usually have working on my challenger are professional and very polite. I wish I could highlight their names along with the others on the list, however they are not listed on the dealerrater site. Very satisfied with their service. More

very poor feel like i was taken for worst experience i ever had at a dealership. my wife takes car in for recall, $350.00 she leaves nothing better than getting taken for fell. nobody ha worst experience i ever had at a dealership. my wife takes car in for recall, $350.00 she leaves nothing better than getting taken for fell. nobody has looked at vehicle yet and they recommend alignment and brake flush & oil change. oil change was needed brake flush- just had brakes serviced someplace else alignment not required dealership couldnt provide before and after results of alignment and the vehicle wasnt pulling in any direction there is nothing like feeling like i was taken for i cant wait to get rid of my dodge and never would buy one from this dealership EVER and possible another dodge VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I GOT PLUS IF A TECH EVEN GOT IN MY VEHICLE THEY WOULD OF NOTICED THAT MY KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM ISNT WORKING I WOULD RATHER LEAVE ZERO STARS More
Service...not so good I went in because front signal was not working. I told them that my husband had tried 2 new bulbs that it still did not work... Three hours later the I went in because front signal was not working. I told them that my husband had tried 2 new bulbs that it still did not work... Three hours later they told me they did not have the bulb(?!) in stock and I would have to come back. I told them it was not the bulb. They did other tests and said it was not the bulb. (really?) I had to come back the next week. After another three hours they told me I needed a part or possibly it was electrical (Ya think?). Now 3 weeks later and after being pulled over by the police countless times they have the part!!!! Hopefully that will be the end of my dealings with dodge. More

Was charged for peace of mind which includes tire pressure check, break pad check and tire rotation. My tire pressure was not corrected which let me to realize tire rotation was not done. My service paperwork says i have 10mm front brake pad left and 8mm rear after 84k on them. i asked the service rep to double check and as per him this is right and it is because i am a really good driver. I checked my old service paperwork and i had same measurement at 10k. at 33k i had 7.5mm left on front and rear. They also quoted my $418 repair to replace rear roters but now i doubt if they actually did anything checkup or just guessed this is what i need. Will never recommend this place to get any service done. More
