Quick drop off (snowstorm) without any wait. Serge was knowledgeable. Tufan was available and courteous during drop-off and pick-up. As a female, buying a car has always been a less than desirable experience. After having a terrible experience at another Chrysler/Fiat dealership, so much so that taking the TTC was a better alternativ desirable experience. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Islington Chrysler. We also regularly have out truck and car serviced at the location. The staff are always friendly to us, and generally have a different kind of experience at Islington, than say the stereotypical "car dealership" experience. While waiting for our cars, it is enjoyable to walk the showroom and get to know the sales people. Always when I go for service, sales people that I didn't even purchase from, will have a chat and have gotten to know me. Our second car we were lucky enough to deal with Kris Rams, one of the managers. His straightforwardness and effectiveness was a breath of fresh air for my car buying experience. We walked the lot. Test drove a couple 1500's and found my vehicle. Two days later I was driving off the lot with it. All in "shopping", negotiation, and signing off (plus a chat!) took about 1.5hrs. A record for me! I recommend Islington to all my friends and family, and they all ended up buying there too. More

I went in to purchase a car at this dealership. I was young and they abused that to the fullest! Right after i drove off the lot my problems began... The car had to be serviced every month due to problem young and they abused that to the fullest! Right after i drove off the lot my problems began... Every time i went into the service center i was treated like i didn't belong there and Serge one of the service consultants even made me want to cry. The same problems persisted because Islington Chrysler took the easy way out Vs the proper way. They even gave me a lecture that i was wasting there money by them trying to fix my car.. They don't care take care of your car when its in for servicing so BEWARE. I have two massive scratches right where they were doing work the nine times it had to go in for the same problem. I reached out to Chrysler Canada as well with a 6 page letter letting them know my frustration with this dealership and the poor quality of service and that the car was just a lemon, there response back to me was "Sorry about the problems you have encountered with your car, it is not our fault your car has to be serviced. This is why you have a warranty. Please go to your dealer and resolve this issue internally" THANKS ISLINGTON FOR BEING A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND THANK YOU CHRYSLER CANADA FOR YOUR SUPPORT. More

Cory was so patient and eager to make this sale and ensure I was happy. I purchased a 2012 Fiat and have been really happy with it. He would answer eamils right away with the answers and looked into whatever I needed and answered my questions. Through the whole experience, Cory was honest, very freindly and approachable and knowlegeable of the product and he was always available to answer my questions before I boughy the car and after as well.
