All nice people but you wonder how they can sell cars when not very efficient. I made it easy for them as I knew the car I wanted and they happened to have one in stock...I suggest going to another Chrysler dealer to compare the prices. The business manager (Umer) was smug but not pushy...overall not a bad experience until I got home and noticed I didn't get a spare tire. Could've done without the sales pitch on Chrysler caring about the environment. LOL. Too funny. More

I would have bought at other dealership but this particular model was not in stock there. They offered me a slightly better biweekly rate at other dealership, $5 less biweekly. Sue filled in the paperwork for me. She was extremely friendly, and efficient, very approachable. I would come to her again. Gabe Pinto was the business manager and I must say he is phenomenal!!!! He is welcoming, approachable, easy-going, funny and really knows what he is doing, very efficient as well. he made my experience all the better there, I really enjoyed meeting him, give him a raise!!!!! More

The dealership itself is very clean and modern and I was impressed with the entire experience. Jordan P. was also attentive to the process and he too was very professional and curtious. When I picked up my new car, Joe went to the added effort to make sure everything was good with the car and he also set up the stereo and my bluetooth for me....the car was clean and all ready for me to drive off the lot. We recently purchased a new Grand Caravan from Islington Chrysler, and I’ll start by saying I never thought buying a car, from a dealership, for a gre We recently purchased a new Grand Caravan from Islington Chrysler, and I’ll start by saying I never thought buying a car, from a dealership, for a great price, would have been this enjoyable, and painless. This was by far one of the best. Most professional car buying experiences we’ve ever had. We had the pleasure of working with Rob Valeri (sales person), and Jay Jay Pickafort (finance). Both Rob and Jay Jay are very great people to deal with and I’d recommend either of them without hesitation. We actually live in Waterloo, but found a great price advertised online—we email the dealership regarding the price we found, and within hours Rob phoned us back to confirm that he could give us that deal, and that he had already cleared it with his showroom manager. We went to the dealership that Saturday—the place is beautiful, and the cappuccino machine is awesome. Rob and the Team made us feel right at home, and there were absolutely no surprises. All aspects of the sale went extremely smooth. Rob and Jay Jay were both extremely helpful, and had some great suggested to upgrade our purchase, but there was absolutely no pressure at any point.
