I was fortunate, as I was put through to him immediately when I called to enquire about a particular Fiat I researched online. It's nice to deal directly with the Sales Manager right from the get go. Gabe was very responsive via email and was easy to deal with. When Jordan was not there, Ziad helped me at the dealership and also Ziad me up from the subway on delivery day. All in all a positive experience. A couple things that would have earned full stars. They require you to make decisions on the spot for insurance/products when you ink the deal. Be aware of the products you really want, or rather NEED. I had second thoughts after I arrived home and could not change my mind which was only a couple hours later. Gabe has offered a free oil change, but I would have liked a grace period. Also, I was supposed to get all weather mats on delivery. When I received the car, they only had the front mats. I need to make another trip back to the dealer, which is not close for me and out of my way. Wishing they had the foresight to order them so it was all done at once. That said, overall a good purchase and a saved a lot by going to Toronto West FIAT. Everyone there is friendly and willing to get you into the car you want, at the price you want. More

Up until the point I entered the dealership I had several miserable experiences although Larry, Jordan, Umar and the rest of the team more than made up for that (including the service team who made a point of taking the time to discuss the service schedule with me - even though they were very busy and I won't be due in for months). A little clarity required on a couple of points and too much to go into detail here although suffice to say that the team (with Larry my point person) made sure that the issue (a minor one at that) was resolved and that I was kept happy on that issue and at all times. Over the moon with the service and would recommend the dealership and the vehicle in a heartbeat. When you enter in contact with the finance department or with vendors, they seem lost, they promise what cant be done.. Still got issues with this guys.
