2016 Jeep Renegade This must be the worse experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. The day of purchase This must be the worse experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Purchased a brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. The day of purchase I asked to see a detail list of what equipment/features are installed on the vehicle or even to be explained to me. I was just told too look online. They couldn't even bother to show me themselves online at least. I purchased the vehicle because the price was right at the time and because of the vehicle colour. I thought the vehicle came with 8 way electric driver seat adjustment and dual climate control. Unfortunately it didn't and I realized that the day of pickup. That is due to dealer failing to explain the features installed and making customer feel very rushed the day of purchase. I saw the vehicle in person the day of purchase but couldn't drive it because there was no fuel in the car.....secondly I noticed that there was paint damage to the lift gate and was assured that this would be repaired by simply buffing it outand I left it at that thinking the dealer would do the correct thing and fix it as promised. The dealer had originally organized the pickup to be mid week but due to the sales agent not being there they changed the day to Friday pickup at noon. Here is my biggest disappointment. I arrived on Friday at noon and the vehicle was not ready for pickup. I was told it would be about one hour until it's ready. I said OK no problem. I waited for 6 hours!!! And in that 6 hours I was told that the lift gate hat to be repainted and was being done at that moment. Why was this not done prior to me arriving to collect my vehicle as arranged??? In the end I told the sales agent and the finance lady that did my paperwork the initial day, that this is totally unacceptable! I asked to speak to the general manager. The answer they gave me was he is not here today! The vehicle should be prepped the day before and all the customer needs to do is fill out the final paperwork, given his keys, and the vehicle delivered to the customer going through it with a rep making sure everything was to satisfaction. When the vehicle was finally ready (actually just before closing shop at 6pm) I was given the keys and that's it. Basically booted out the door! I had to inspect the vehicle myself. I found all 4 missing tire valve caps and here is the real kicker.....gas tank had less than ¼ full. They couldn't even deliver a brand new vehicle filled up!!! Cheap!!!! I did go back inside the dealership to complain and did get valve caps and got them to fill up the tank. Overall very disappointed in their service. Very very poor customer service! Would not recommend them to anyone!!! More

If you are a women they will con you I used to go to this dealership. They were amazing ( at first ) until they get your money. For example: I bought the extended warranty for my used 2 I used to go to this dealership. They were amazing ( at first ) until they get your money. For example: I bought the extended warranty for my used 2008 Jeep Patriot and I went there all the time for annual oil changes. If you didn't know already, this model is famous for needed to have it's ball joints replaced ( and at a hefty cost too) the extended warranty was to cover that should it need replacement. Every time I went to get an oil change I always asked " What is the current condition of the ball joints?" they always said it was good. I kid you not the next time I went there my warranty JUST expired 20km ago and all of a sudden "the ball joints are in poor condition and need replacing" I wish I could stop there. Also, I went to this dealership to investigate a noise that was coming from the engine area. THEY WENT AHEAD and worked on my vehicle WITHOUT MY CONSENT and then slapped me a bill and expected me to pay for a service I did not authorize. This is illegal and unethical. I let the manager know and all I got was a couple of free oil changes on the house. What a joke. More

always buy here I had bought my jeep here 8 years ago ( a 2 year old) and loved owning her and the experience and service offered by this dealership ( which is where I had bought my jeep here 8 years ago ( a 2 year old) and loved owning her and the experience and service offered by this dealership ( which is where I get my oil changes) Once again I came back here with my jeep as a trade in and purchased a 2013 SUV. I was served by Joe Pereira and his manager Pat Cimino. I am happy with the guidance I received and the excellent service, and professionalism. I will see you again in 8 years time. More

Best car buying experience ever ! I was going to close a deal with another Chrysler dealership on a 2015 300s that had 30,000 km. I decided to check one more time for a better deal I was going to close a deal with another Chrysler dealership on a 2015 300s that had 30,000 km. I decided to check one more time for a better deal and I found Islington Chrysler selling the same car with only 11,000 km! I contacted Mohammed and he had the car waitng for me , took it for a test drive, offered me the same great price as the other dealership and we closed the deal. Pat Cimino also had a brand new subwoofer installed as the previous sub woofer was missing. Over all this is the best car buying experience I have had in over 30 years of owning cars, Mohammed is very courteous and professional and is very knowledgeable about the product, Pat Cimino is high integrity Manger who genuinely cares about the customer, would definitley reccommend ! More
