I received horrible service with a focus on trying to exploit as mush money as possible from me. They started by trying to sell me an oil change with 30% oil life still remaining, then improperly diagnos exploit as mush money as possible from me. They started by trying to sell me an oil change with 30% oil life still remaining, then improperly diagnosing a known issue and trying to sell me the incorrect fix despite my vehicle being under warranty. I would have paid for un-needed work that would not have fixed the issue. After speaking to the service advisor and the service manager, I was advised to go to the dealer where I bought my Cherokee. I did this (MILTON CHRYSLER is AWESOME), and they fixed this known issue without cost to me and without trying to upsell me with not yet needed oil changes. I submitted a negative review after this experience and discussed this with the Service Manager and the owner again. I reiterated that I would not ever be visiting them ever again. I have twice been contacted for an expected oil change date ... and just today for a free multipoint inspection flyer. Hopefully this additional negative review will get me off their mailing list. GO TO MILTON CHRYSLER ... they are very experienced, knowledgeable and professional! More

We went to Toronto from Windsor because their selection was incredible compared to what Windsor had to offer. Once we arrived we were taken care of immediately by their amazing staff the financing part wa was incredible compared to what Windsor had to offer. Once we arrived we were taken care of immediately by their amazing staff the financing part was quick and efficient but once we paid, they brought us out to “ go through our new car” we have purchased many cars but never has a dealer spent a hour with us setting up the car making sure we knew how to work all of the new electronics it was far the best car buying experience we have ever had!
