Not a sispersion on any previous sales people I have met or dealt with but Ryan goes the extra mile. His dedication and commiitment to his customer's needs and knowledge of the products he is selling far and above the average. I have been coming to Island Ford for over ten years and Ryan's customer service in my case was superlative - I have beeen in bsiness myself and he would win 'The "meployee of the year" in my book. Outstanding Service Went in to schedule my car for service, and decided to look into upgrade options. Found the car i wanted and my sales rep Ryan Provencal went to work Went in to schedule my car for service, and decided to look into upgrade options. Found the car i wanted and my sales rep Ryan Provencal went to work trying to get me this car. About 2 weeks later I get a call from Ryan telling me they have an approval and I just need to some in to sign the paperwork. During those 2 weeks, the guys at Island Ford were able to get my old car in for service as a rush as I needed a car, they gave me a loaner while mine was in service. So when I went to sign the papers, Ryan tells me he couldn't get me the car I wanted but he did get me something very similar....I wanted a 2015 Focus.....it was a 2015 Fiesta, with the extra features I was looking for. Customer service above and beyond from everyone there. Very good experience, I did not feel pressured, or rushed into anything, They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made it happen. I am 1 very satisfied customer. More
