Negative, very stressful, pretend to care Took my car hoping to trade it in for something better. It would have worked if they would have given me more trade in value for my car. Buying a car is stressful enough but to add the pushy attitude of someone like Bryan the experience was certainly a very negative experience. When I came back to get my deposit, it was pretty obvious that all they wanted was for me to accept the deal otherwise he just turned around and didn't care. I feel that I was descriminated due to my illness and that is why I was never treated fairly. I know why the value of my car is smaller in compare from the other dealers but he always have an excuse. As he says it is not his problem if other dealers is offering me more for my car. Today I talked to this guy and once again he has proven that he doesn't really care about losing one customer, pleasing a customer is obviously not their motto but rather sell, sell, sell! I have no faith in the brand to begin with, now I have no faith in the sales department...very uncertain about the service department as well but I'm giving them a chance to make it right. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. God permit, this is going to be the first and last from this dealer, not sure if I will have another ford after this one. More

My leasing representative has been Dave Faithful for all 10 years and I have found Dave to be honest, knowledgeable, super helpful and personable with no pressure. I have recommended Dave to many friends and work colleagues. A very good salesman!! So ya, Matt is very good at what he does. I went in to have a faulty wiper blade replaced on our 2014 Edge and long story short we now have a 2015 F-1 So ya, Matt is very good at what he does. I went in to have a faulty wiper blade replaced on our 2014 Edge and long story short we now have a 2015 F-150 XLT Sport sitting beside the Edge. We were going to wait til next year for the new truck but after talking to Matt for about 5 minutes the ball was in motion. I couldn't be happier with the way the whole deal went down. Our 3rd new vehicle from this team in the last 3 years and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. More

Amazing Sales lady When we were looking for a new truck, Sandra took control, showed us the inventory and explained each truck to us. Island Ford did not have a King Ran When we were looking for a new truck, Sandra took control, showed us the inventory and explained each truck to us. Island Ford did not have a King Ranch, so Sandra showed us the next best truck with some of the same features, we left the dealership to think about it. Upon returning the next day, Sandra showed us a similar truck, to explain the Voice activated controls, and while we were gone she sat in a truck for a few hours to learn it better. She was abel to fully explain it to us. As we wanted a King Ranch she coordinated with hr manager to bring one in for us. She fully understood and explained all the features of our new truck. Sandra is not only polite, courteous and knowledgeable she is caring. Every time I bring the trucking for service she greets me when she is working and asks about not only the truck but about me, as I have had a double lung transplant, she is concerned for my health. A very loyal and dedicated team member for Island Ford. More

I absolutely know that Dave focuses on doing what's right for me so buying a vehicle from him is enjoyable and stress free. He gets 5 stars all day long! My gripe and the reason for 4 stars is related to recent marketing campaigns by the dealership. I'm turned off by letters that are designed to look personalized when they really aren't. I sent a thoughtful and comprehensive letter to the manager and didn't get a response. Despite that, Dave will continue to be my go to guy! More
