~~ Smooth As A Babies Bum ~~ I have to admit I was very impressed by the service & customer support I received from Ryan P & the team of Island Ford. For example, with out quest I have to admit I was very impressed by the service & customer support I received from Ryan P & the team of Island Ford. For example, with out question I was picked up directly from the airport by Ryan P who was on time and very courteous. As well very professional during the whole purchase process. Ryan P also ensured I was well taken care of when it came to the boring parts of all the paperwork and what not so during that process Ryan P helped me get up to speed with all the features and neat things my new truck came with and ensured I was able to work my way through the new features this truck has to offer. I purchased my brand new 2015 Ford F350 Diesel Lariat... my new baby here on the 14th of Jan/2016, landed in Nanaimo at 8am and was taken to dealership and out the door with keys in hand to head back to the ferry headed home here to Abbotsford in a very few short hours. Big thanks you guys for the positive experience and with no doubt I will recommend others to you guys. Again Thanks Ryan P & the team at Island Ford. More
