We parked and were greeted by Sandra Jurcic and the rest was an excellent experience from start to completion of a deal. Sandra showed us a few cars that we would be interested in and helped guide us to a selection. From then on the wheels were put in motion. Sandra stands out as a "sales lady" who knows her stuff, very good product knowledge, no waffling about and very personable. Bryan was great in explaining the deal to us and helping close it to our satisfaction. Chris was very professional and thorough in explaining the financial end. Sandra was bubbly and a pleasure to deal with. I certainly would want to deal with Sandra again. Was the BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership, will go again and recommend this dealership to anyone interested in "HAVING FUN" purchasing a vehicle. More

A pleasant buying experience ! Ivan Phan was very responsive to our inquiries. He got back to us in a timely fashion. Ivan had the vehicle all 'warmed up' and ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. Because we were driving from an hour away, he phoned us just before we left to advise us that the vehicle was still available so we didn't waste a trip. Ivan didn't try to sell us something we didn't want so he didn't waste out time. We test drove vehicles from two other dealerships and were not impressed with either the vehicles or the dealerships - they gave car salesmen a bad name. Island Ford was heads above the others. The showroom and premises were professional looking and the inventory was spotless. More
