David Faithfull and the team at Island Ford hooked me up with a sweet ride! I'm absolutely in love with this car! I needed a good reliable safe fuel efficient used car(but also fun to drive😉) for commuting back and forth to work, so I went on the hunt and did a lot of research of different vehicles. I went to Island Ford first to check out what they had as I and my family have dealt with David several times in the past. And of course I wanted to keep my options open so I went to a few neighboring dealers to see what they had as well. And each time I kept getting pulled back to Island Ford because of their impeccable service. One dealer I went to the salesman didn't even introduce himself or asked me my name.. I felt like I was just a dollar sign. But David Faithfull treated me with respect and dignity even when I was undecided a few times whether I could go through with the purchase, he was very patient and understanding with my situation and was always right there waiting and ready to help. I can't say enough good things about Dave and the team at Island Ford as I truly felt like I was part of something more than just a dealership. They pride themselves on making you feel like you're part of a family, and that's exactly how I felt, not just a customer, but a friend. I will definitely continue to deal with them in the future.
