When it came time to trade in our much loved 2002 Taurus (yes, still a great car, but it is simply time for a new vehicle), we didn't really need to shop around, as we'd been so well looked after over the past 17 years. When we met David (through a quick check in with service for their help with introductions) we knew each other instantly just by saying hello over the years. David is friendly and caring, just what I would expect from this exceptional team. After talking with Keegan over the phone we set up a date and went to see the vehicle. Upon arriving we found our soon to be vehicle parked out front and warming up. Keegan was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our whole buying experience, our 2.5 year old son came along for the test drive and unfortunately his favourite toy airplane broke in the truck. When we went back to the dealership to finalize the deal Keegan was there and had a new toy airplane for our son! Keegan attention to detail will have me coming back for my next vehicle for sure!
