Wade Robinson was our saleman and I cannot recommend him highly enough, just a pleasure to deal with, really knows his stuff when it comes to the vehicle, and went over and above to help us and make sure we made the right choice, as well as being really well looked after all the way through. I also want to mention Mitzi Mogden in the Finance Department. Once again so patient, knowledgeable and helpful taking me through everything and staying late after closing time to help tie things up. The Service department is Fantastic Last Friday I had an issue with my 2016 F-150, I arrived there just before 5:00 pm on the Friday. I met Boris and he laid it out "Straight" to me. He Last Friday I had an issue with my 2016 F-150, I arrived there just before 5:00 pm on the Friday. I met Boris and he laid it out "Straight" to me. He let me know that all of the mechanics have either finished for the day or left already. Unfortunately for Stephen he step out of the back at that moment. Boris asked him to take alook at my truck and we whipped it to the back for him to hook up the computer. By the time Stephen finished, Boris had arranged for a loaner vehicle and asked if I could leave my truck there and they could get a mechanic to look at it. WOW!!! I have dealt with other dealerships in the past (None on the Island) and came away very disappointed. This great team, calmed the situation, took charge, found a solution and had me rolling again by Wednesday. I am more than impressed and definately recommend them! They all were very accommodating as we had our young kids with us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They made sure to go over all the details of all aspects of buying it so we knew all the features and facts. We now are proud owners of a Ford Edge that will be safe and reliable for our young family and can’t thank them all enough! More
