This is my second vehicle in 6 years and I have always been very satisfied with everyone at the dealership ... with the exception of the man who sold me the car. I just found out that a costly omission been very satisfied with everyone at the dealership ... with the exception of the man who sold me the car. I just found out that a costly omission by the salesman who sold me the car was not noted in the contract. Part of the deal was a 4 year free maintenance agreement. He's no longer there (quelle surprise) so he can't be challenged with his mistake. The negotiations with him went very well but from there on in he was very terrible at his job. His mistake will cost me a lot of money. I am NOT pleased.. More
