Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. A smile and a hand shake means nothing. Told us we had 30 day warranty. We are out 20k after buying a car from this place . We had a verbal agreement which changed when we got there , bullied into signing off on warranty . I began using this dealership when the west Edmonton dealership closed. My current Infiniti will likely be my last unless they get with the program and offer hybrid products that compete with other nea dealership closed. My current Infiniti will likely be my last unless they get with the program and offer hybrid products that compete with other near-luxury manufacturers. That said, I have always received fantastic service from this dealership (and the former store in West Edmonton). Good advice, fair pricing, excellent communication as work progresses and a cool video the tech prepares outlining what work was done, any issues discovered and future maintenance. I save these videos as proof to a future purchaser of the work done on the vehicle. Great extra value! The service staff have all been first rate over the years. More

In April 2021 I purchased a car from this dealership. I traded my truck in and they transferred my plates to the newly purchased car. Fast forward 1 year and I wanted to put a new license plate on my car I traded my truck in and they transferred my plates to the newly purchased car. Fast forward 1 year and I wanted to put a new license plate on my car only to discover they had used improper screws to attach the existing plate to the mounting bracket on the trunk. This issue stripped the mounting plate and it must be replaced. Unfortunately I have had nothing but run around with excuses and taking no responsibility for the error. Their technician did this. Now IF I wish to fix the issue the mounting plate will cost me $240 not including labour. I have gone as far as to speak directly with the dealership manager and he expressed he would resolve this. Then 2 weeks go by, no answer. He responds to my inquiry indicating he would get back to me next week. A month later I have heard nothing from him. DO NOT DEAL with this company. Lots of promises, no service. More
