Emergency repair - back on the road quickly! Stopped in with my Ford Escape as I had a skid plate come off while driving on the Trans Canada travelling from Regina to Winnipeg. Pulled off the highway and found this dealership. Best thing that ever happened! The Service Manager, Howard Floyd had the shop pull a vehicle out so they could get mine on the lift right away. I was concerned as there was already bad weather (snow and freezing rain mix) in Regina moving East and I wanted to stay in front of it. Howard and his team had me back on the highway inside of an hour! Unbelievable customer service going well above and beyond for a traveler in trouble. Can't recommend enough! If I could give more stars I would. Thanks Howard! More

i did not have a great experience Took my vehical in because there was a strange sound coming from it sounded like it was coming from the ac. They instead replaced some gaskets and charged me large sum$$$. But they did not fix the problem that I took it there for. So I took it to another mechanic in Regina and they replaced a part in the ac was a minor fix and cost was reasonable. Without the attitude that I got from Howard. The reason people in Indian head go here is because of convenience but the overall service I got left me feeling like I should not trust them. Would rather take my vehicles to Regina from now on. More
