What a delight to deal with. From actually delivering a new car to my house to test drive, to getting my trade in appraised, to putting together a great deal, and getting me what I wanted all within a few days. All this from a personable, straight shooter I felt I could trust from the get go. Most of all Rob listened to what I wanted and then delivered. The service from Rob was so good and dedicated I thought I was the only client he was dealing with (only to learn he sold 11 other vehicles that week). WOW!! To say Rob has a passion to be the best is an understatement. He and Paula (Sales Manager) were even able to re-assign unwanted options charged to an in stock vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait for delivery. Was really impressed they didn't try to up sell me. There was absolutely no pressure and they went out of their way to keep me happy. Met Rob on Wednesday and by Monday of the next week a new Odyssey was in my driveway. Probably would have been faster, but I slowed the process down a bit as I was waiting for quotes from other Honda Dealers who didn't either match the bottom line price or the customer service experience. At the end of the process we met with Julie and Andre who finalized the details and ensured proper licencing and training on the vehicle. Another nice touch. Simply the Best More
