I received no calls and when calling in was told you could not put a deposit on that particular car. The agent told me a sales member would call me shortly. 5 hours later I received no call and called back and was then told by the agent that I would receive my deposit back and that a sales member would back me right after that call. I received no call for 1 hour and called back, I was told that the sales member would call me back today to ask for my credit details so they can process my refund. Today I have received no calls and no one is picking up at the dealership. This is sad and just poor practice. More
Very unsatisfactory service from this dealer. If you plan to do any service (oil change, tire change...) you will be left waiting hours and will always asked if you want more done. I wanted If you plan to do any service (oil change, tire change...) you will be left waiting hours and will always asked if you want more done. I wanted to pick up my winter tires from storage so I could have them installed at a local garage instead of this dealer since they charge a lot more and the wait times were too high, so I called, they said I need to make an appointment for this even if its just to pick up my winter tires from storage. According to them, this would save some time and they would have the tires out a ready for me to pick up. Great, sounds good, but as expected, they had no clue. Even with the appointment taken, they still did not have the tires out, had to wait over an hour and the attitude from them was almost confrontational like I should not be surprised that it takes over an hour to simply get some tires off a shelf and bring them to the trunk of my car. This is just one of many experiences I have encountered at this dealer. Not impressed with the service department at all. Avoid them at all costs. More
Stay away from this dealership. I decided to buy out my lease recently, and Ile Perrot Toyota constantly tries to take advantage of their customers - hoping they don't double check I decided to buy out my lease recently, and Ile Perrot Toyota constantly tries to take advantage of their customers - hoping they don't double check the numbers. First the lease contract says that the dealership can charge up to $300 to transfer the ownership. Ile Perrot Toyota decided to charge me $400 + taxes. I had to get a credit for that. Then they also charged me for an extra weekly payment. The Lease was for 3 years (or 156 weekly payments). When I got the car, I made the first payment at the dealership as per their lease contract. Then over the years, Toyota Canada automatically withdrew 155 weekly payments. However, when I purchased the car at the end of the lease term, the crooks at Ile Perrot Toyota tried to convince me that I had one payment left. I ended up believing the crooks, and paid again. After getting home and pulling the original lease contract and going over the last 3 years of my banking statements, I paid 157 weekly payments instead of 156. Now I have to fight with Ramin/salesperson to try to get my money back from these crooks... I know the times are currently tough for car dealers, but this fraud is not acceptable!!! On top of that, the weekly lease payment contains the GST/QST taxes. The crooks at Ile Perrot Toyota charged me tax on top of the lease payment tax. Now I know everyone makes mistakes, but Ramin is the most senior sales person there, and he has been doing this for quite some time (and on a daily basis). Does anyone actually believe these 3 errors were just mistakes? or were they intentional? I called Toyota Canada and their computer clearly stated that all payments were made, and yet Ramin said that one was still outstanding based on the Toyota Canada computer.... I think this speaks volumes... Stay away!!! More

The valet driver was so rude. He made a wrong turn and yelled at me for not knowing where I was going or where I lived. No respect. Also, after taking the car for a air bag recall I received a repair qu yelled at me for not knowing where I was going or where I lived. No respect. Terrible service and unsafe environment for staff and customers alike. This place is run by 'accidental' miscommunications and scams. Sanitary measures are barely there. They have plexiglass at the co customers alike. This place is run by 'accidental' miscommunications and scams. Sanitary measures are barely there. They have plexiglass at the counter however no employees are wearing masks or visors, the small purell bottle on the counter is EMPTY and they don't seem to understand social distancing. The greeter entered my car without a mask and I didn't see him wash his hands before entering and was often at less than 6 ft. from me. I had an appointment to install a roof drip molding on my new corolla 2020 which takes less then 1 minute to install and should not require anyone sitting in my car. Without warning me ahead of time that there was a waiting period, they were expecting me to sit in their waiting room with other people in these conditions for an estimated hour, even though my appointment was 5 minutes after arriving. This situation is unacceptable during the covid-19 sanitary crisis. I asked if I could leave with the molding since it clips on very easily and my bf is a mechanic (I could honestly install it myself in less than a minute after watching a YouTube video, it's 2 clips to push down) but I'm not allowed to install it myself because it's guaranteed. This was after they tried to make me say I damaged it myself so it wouldn't be covered. The only time I had good service here was for the sale. After sale service is terrible. The service department tries to find ways to charge things the sales department says are included and the greeter and service clerk were rude every time I've spoken to them. More
