I bought what I thought were new winters in 2021 from this dealership. Turns out they were manufactured in 2018. I had numerous issues with my 2022 QX55. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI AT ROYAL OAK GARBAGE SERVICE GARBAGE VEHICLES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I bought my 2022 brand new off the showroom floor. Two months in my paint is flaking off. We GARBAGE VEHICLES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I bought my 2022 brand new off the showroom floor. Two months in my paint is flaking off. Went through 3 different service managers but they kept leaving and I would be assigned another. They would not cover the paint flaking off. Fast forward to my next service date. My QX55 says malfunction for shifting, parking, low tire. Turns out it was the battery ITS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. I am then told they need to replace all fluids it was just in 4 months ago!! $1062.82 is the final bill xxx I go to pick it up and I forgot my wallet but I had Apple Pay so wanted to break up the payment. I was told NO I had to drive all the way back home to get my card as they would not do more than $500. Company policy as it turns out!! The worst customer service ever they even charged me for the battery disposal for a car less than a year old and washer fluid which I did not want. The Labour section was a joke and if they are paying someone $169.00 an hour it should not take 3 hours for oil and filter. More

I used to take my car there for service. I had some understanding with the previous service manager Doug Smith about a repair at no cost (parts and labor) to me. He ordered the parts but whe I had some understanding with the previous service manager Doug Smith about a repair at no cost (parts and labor) to me. He ordered the parts but when the parts came in, Doug was let go and another Service Manager Amanda took over. Then my previous arrangement with Doug went out the window. I talk to Amanda and was told she'll take care of it. I never heard anything back from her. It's been 6 months already and nothing. Never again to have my car serviced over there. People there are not true to their word especially the Service Manager named Amanda!!! More
If I could go lower I would! !! Once you buy terrible customer service and heaven forbid something goes wrong. They will not call you back or the people you spoke with the first t !! Warranty conveniently doesn’t cover flaking paint ALL OVER the car. Don’t pay extra for the paint protection.I had to take the photos myself as they lost the ones they took. BUYER BEWARE not a luxury car as advertised. More
