I had been looking to buy a car for two months. I have to say that the process is daunting, to say the least. I had gone in to each dealership with them knowing I was looking to purchase a car very soon. to say that the process is daunting, to say the least. I had gone in to each dealership with them knowing I was looking to purchase a car very soon. I was transparent that I was a serious buyer. I am a person with a disability, so I was explaining to them what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I was met with total disinterest, or disrespect. Other dealership I had visited, either argued with me that the vehicle I was looking at was not too high and was met with "most people find it easy to get in and out of". And they were not prepared to give me a price. Price is very important to me as I am on a budget. When I went to visit Alex, I test drove a Tuscon, as I was interested in the cargo space. I found it to be a bit on the high side and I knew if I found it high, I would not get my elderly mother into it. He was very understanding. He suggested the Elantra. He spent many hours with me, and took me for a test drive. He sat down with me and went over the pricing. I went away that day as I needed to see a few more vehicles. I had two other dealers that were extremely rude and had that "you are a woman" attitude. Women these days have a lot of spending power. I returned to see Alex and after another test drive and a couple of hours to think about, I bought the car. Both Alex and Charbel were very respectful and treated me right. I have since passed on Alex's name and number to other women colleagues and friends for when they are ready to buy a car. More

Speaking with my father directly and my dad being able to understand everything Marco was saying made his will to purchase from him a no-brainier. We visited another Hyundai dealer on the same day and in the words of my dad, "why did you bring me here? I want to buy the car from Marco." The other dealership was not as warm or personable as Hyundai on Hunt Club was. Marco allowed my father a test drive, explained in great detail the options of the different models, and was keen on making sure the vehicle was best suited for my elderly parents. He was kind, professional, precise, did not make promises he didn't keep, and was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He assured my father that, should he have any questions, he could call or visit Marco for any assistance he needs. I will definitely purchase a vehicle from Marco in the future (as I hope to have a Santa Fe) simply for the way he made my parents feel throughout the whole experience. For me to say "Marco treated them like his own family" would be highly understated. Thank you, Marco, for making an 80-year-old couple feel not so old after all. More

I found the vehicle that we wanted on Kijiji and then made contact with your internet sales person, Atheer Noman. I met with Atheer a week ago to look the vehicle over, then the next day my wife and I test drove it. Needless to say that we really like the SUV, as we picked it up the this Wednesday. My email is to express our gratitude and appreciation for the interactions we have had with Atheer. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, most from dealerships, and this transaction was very refreshing. I have always felt that I would not purchase a vehicle from someone that I did not feel that I could trust, that I did not get a good feeling from, and even when it has been the vehicle that I wanted, I have walked away from deals for that very reason. Right away I liked Atheer, and felt him to be a very low pressure, yet informative sales person. He provided me details on the SUV we were looking out, without hesitation. We only took a few offers – counter offers to come to an amiable price, as we were also trading a vehicle in the purchase price. I had a few things that I wanted done as a condition for the purchase, and they were all completely met upon my picking up the vehicle. I have never met Atheer before last week, and did not know of him through any family member, work associate, or friend. But I am now recommending to them all to go and see him when they are looking for a vehicle. I could not have asked for better service, and will certainly be going back to Hunt Club Hyundai when I make my next purchase. I just hope Atheer is still there when I do.
