I did a lot of work, on paper, to analyze the details of the price (and features) of a lot of cars, in different deals and configurations. My questions, and offers were respected. I believe I got a pretty good price. They told me I did "exceptionally well" in the negotiating/final price, but hey... I recommend talking to Tran - to all my family and friends. More

" You absolutely did Tony. I'd recommend you and your dealership any day. The one thing that bothered me a lot, though, was the length of time I had to sit and wait to see the financing people - I waited 45 minutes at the end of two hours in the dealership altogether. I needed to have my supper and get back to my young son at home. Tony was wonderful in helping me out, but the rest of the staff was not that helpful or friendly or efficient.
