I went to many dealerships and also another Hyundai dealer, but I came back to this one....because of t I recommend this dealership and my sales guy! He has a lot of knowledge and answered all my questions. And I kept flip flopping, left a couple of times and came back. He was patient and understood. There was never any pressure and he just made the overall experience fun. Even now that I have the car, he still keeps in touch...it's just nice! He goes beyond, is personable and honest. But everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. Even the finance guy - Ahmed....he was so helpful and had my best interest. This dealership doesn't feel like all the other dealerships. If you are interested in buying Hyundai....I would definitley go here! And the Elantra GT - GLS...totally worth it! I got a great car and a great experience overall! More

Overall I was quite pleased both with Tony and Tim Boileau the business manager in explaining in great detail all that was required in order to make an informed decision. We were extremely impressed with his respectfulness towards us as seniors. He explained in great detail everything we wanted to know about the Santa Fe Sport, even having to repeat the same answer several times! He asked Adam Fata to take us for a test drive and Adam immediately put us at ease with his outgoing and friendly manner. He also had a kinship with my husband because they are both Italian. He explained everything about the car and answered all of our questions. At first we did not feel we were getting a fair price for our Tucson so Charbel applied no pressure but suggested we take time to think about it and return if we wanted to purchase the car. What we liked was there were no phone calls to the house applying pressure but after a few days we returned and discussed the trade in offer. In the end we got what we wanted plus more incentives. The car had to be ordered from the factory and even that did not take very long. Once the car arrived we sat with Adam and went through all the "bells and whistles" involved with this car. To sum up we were extremely happy with both of these gentlemen and will highly recommend them and the dealership to our friends and family. More

The reason for the second purchase was due to an accident my wife had and the car not being repairable. The salesman Tran Tuan who we had purchased our first vehicle from was genuinely more concerned about my wife's well being than he was about selling us another vehicle. Once we decided which vehicle we were interested in purchasing Tran was excellent in his knowledge of the car and very patient in our negotiations. The time frame for the vehicle to be picked up was accommodated to our schedule and when we arrived the car was ready to go. Tran showed us all the features of the vehicle and even helped my wife program her phone right away. The finance person Tim Bilodeau was very good at explaining everything and did not rush us through the process explaining everything related to the financing. Vince was busy with another customer, but this was a good thing because we were able to look at the cars in the showroom ourselves, sit in them, etc. without any pressure.
