Do not buy the pre paid oil package unless you like having to make your appointments more than a week in advance and waiting more than an hour just to change your oil. I also made the mistake of buying the extended warranty which had a limited tire warranty. My tire developed a bulge at about 5000 km so when I took it in to have the oil changed I asked if it was covered under warranty, I was informed that it was covered under a third party warranty policy so I would have to buy the tire up front and then the warranty company would contact me and send me a cheque. I took my car in for more warranty work a couple of weeks later and I asked the service desk what the time frame for being contacted by the warranty company is and I was told I would have to look through my sales paperwork to find out which company covered the tire even though it was the same service desk that submitted the claim. It has now been more than four weeks and I have not been contacted. I called and left a message with the warranty office two days ago and no one can even be bothered to return my phone call. Again I would like to say that the sales team was great but the service department leaves much to be desired. It is unorganized and seems inept to deal with warranty issues. If I could go back in time I would have avoided any extended warranty and the prep paid oil package. More
