My appointment was at 7:30 am so I didn’t have to wait to get “checked in”. I have not appreciated the brisk manner and up-selling as part of the training of your front line customer service staff. The women are more assertive I have found. Excellent - but I had to tell the lady I was there on the special. She did not offer or confirm it with me. She had to go in and change her service record.
