Greeted by a very nice man outside the service centre then greeted by Dean my service advisor who was very polite and prompt in getting the service order in. I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle ride to work but I totally understand and it’s very unusual to ever wait very long. The shuttle service was excellent! My car was ready earlier than I expected and I was picked up by a very nice shuttle driver. Everything went smoothly and in a very professional manner. I was also very pleased with the good report that my car had a clean bill of health! Dean did not try to get me to do work I didn’t need. More

The reason why I stuck with Hyundai isn’t because of the great cars, but the service just can’t be beat! You want to deal with people that treat you with respect, are genuinely happy that you come into their dealership and provide an excellent product that they stand behind.
