I was greeted with a smile from the moment I pulled into the service area until I walked out the door. I will say this is the best service experience I have had at Hyundai in a long time and I have been a dealership customer since 2003ish I would say my last wo visits were much improved. The fact that they warmed my car, pulled it up to the front for me when I cam to pick up, truly takes me back years back to days when I first started with the dealership. The front desk was friendly, and the recent change in staff is notable and a good one. The communication via text with both the service desk and shuttle was excellent. More
