Poor Vehicle and Cistomer Service 2007 Santa Fe 135,000 km. Note: I follow or exceed the manufacture service recommendations. Oil Change - forgot to replace oil cap. (2008) Service 2007 Santa Fe 135,000 km. Note: I follow or exceed the manufacture service recommendations. Oil Change - forgot to replace oil cap. (2008) Serviced Transmission - Failed to put sufficient Trans. Fluid in transmission back in. (2014) Passenger side sun visor broke no apparent reason. waited two weeks for replacement. (2015) First week forgot to order sun visor. Note: As a cost savings, they limit their parts order. If they exceed a value limit set by Hyundai they are charged shipping. To avoid shipping charges they limit what they order. Your part may be available but to avoid shipping fees you could wait a week or more. You will be regularly told they are extremely busy. When I got the visor I was told they were to busy to install it. (3 screws). Stated I would install myself. October 9th check engine light came on. I called Tuesday October 9th and was told they could not service vehicle until Friday at the earliest. Took it to Storey Automotive (a highly regarded auto repair business) just down the street. The O2 censor was replaced and on the road in an hour. (2015) The parts may be covered by the extended warranty I purchased but I can not be without a vehicle for a week. These are my experiences since I purchased the car new. More
