They rarely have courtesy vehicles to lend. They can NEVER reproduce or pinpoint the issues for which you brought the car in the first place, so they wind up NOT fixing; they blame the road conditions for the fact my bushings NEVER last more than 7 months. They forget about waranties and charge fees; Extremely bad service considering the vehicle cost me nearly 50K$... not that it would be more acceptable for a 20K$ car... I'm actually contacting the owner this week (again) to let her know about the fact that their service dept has made a bad experience (unreliable car) even worse! More

Instead of taking full responsibility for their mistake and taking the extra cost, Hyundai Vaudreuil wanted me to pay half of the extra cost. Of course I could not agree to this terrible customer service, so I will have to go back tomorrow to conclude the transaction and get the car. By doing so, I will still loose time, gas and money, but not as much as they suggested me. So be careful and have low expectations. More
