Trust and honesty are important when buying a car from any dealership. Unfortunately, after working with this dealership for over a week to buy a vehicle, I simply can't trust them and they have not been any dealership. I dealt with Derek in Sales and the Sales Manager, Don. I can say with certainty that potential buyers can not trust the accuracy of the listings provided online. After trying to buy a 2024 Santa Fee which had only 6000km listed online, when it came time to purchase, the mileage was suddenly over 19,000km. The dealership offered me a $500 discount (for a 13,000km difference!?!) and the sales manager admitted that there are multiple errors on their website because they recently started working with a new company to sort out their online listings. How can potential buyers trust any information the dealership provides online? I spent over a week dealing with them and had multiple emails, texts and phone calls back and forth only to have all that time wasted. I can't say with certainty that there is a "bait and switch" happening here, but it certainly feels that way to me. Potential buyers, please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. I'm so disappointed and frankly, angry. More
