The person only wan We had a pleasant new vehicle purchase experience, but going to the financial advisor room is like dropping into the lion's cage. The person only wants to sell insurances for this and for that. Remember, you got there to buy a car not insurance for your cat, toaster and what not. They have an University Degree in sales lines, from 'I only wan't to help you save your money' to 'I'm here to help you, let me just tell you about this insurance because if I won't tell you about it, you are loosing money, do you wan't to loose money?'. They are very talented to play on you being uncomfortable not to offend them with a refuse. They are artists really skilled and don't take 'No, thanks' for an answer. So they have good prices for new vehicles because they make money on this very specific office selling products and insurances. I suggest to get into the office, have a seat, fill all car purchase forms in 10 minutes then the moment when the lady starts with 'Now, do you have a ...[whatever she says]' stand up and leave the room without opening your mouth. Don't be any little shy, they are not shy at all. More
More

Yesterday, I had the worst exeperience in my lifetime. It started when I entered the dealership with my wife and my baby. A customer, clearly mad, but polite, left the place saying: " I am not buying the car even if you have the best price, just because your customer service is poor..." Then, our salesman asked us to follow him... Then, he left us for 5 minutes, talking with the salemanager saying, oh my gosh, you are in deep trouble! She was really mad. Then, he came back. We felt like if we were bothering him, and he was making us a favor to receive us... He didn't say much about the car, didn't know much about it, he wasn't letting us finishing our sentences when we were asking questions, answering kind of rudely... When we came back, he waited at least 30 minutes (probably more...) to get an estimate of the value of our car. While that, 3 female employees, using really bad words and cursing every 2 sentences, were having a conversation about buying a condo a 100 000$ over the price with ugly red tiles in the bathroom. They were superloud, desk with door open, I was glad my son is only 4 months old and couldn't understand the conversation since the vocabulary used was terrible... While that, 2 employees had real hockey sticks, and were playing hockey inside the dealership! Then, after underrating our car 3000$ less than what another dealer offered us the day before, the sales manager grabbed his cell phone and said to someone (I guess a friend): That's write bro! For sure I'm kicking everyone out of here at 6 o'clock sharp for sure, the Habs are playing their first game tonight! When we left, our salesman left us to go straight talk with the other employees, no handshake, no thank you... We felt like we were in a show with hidden cameras, waiting for people to come out and say" we got you! this was a joke, we arent a real dealership!" Someone should go there and teach them what is being polite and what is a real customer service. This place his a joke. More
I went to check out a used car last week. I made an appointment with Mr. Eric B. he was with another customer with it was time for my appointment. 20 minutes later, I have to leave due to another appoi appointment with Mr. Eric B. he was with another customer with it was time for my appointment. 20 minutes later, I have to leave due to another appointment. I was told to make another appointment. I called back and made another appointment later in the afternoon. The salesman told me the used car was not at the dealership and I had to go with him somewhere to see it. I did not have the chance to check out the exterior of the car. When I arrived a couple of hours later at 5:30, the time given to me by Mr. Eric B, he was again with another customer. 20 minutes after the scheduled time, I approached him and was told,"I have good news and bad news for you. the good news is I now have time for you, the bad news is the car is sold!" I wonder when the transaction was made. He could have contacted me ASAP to save me the trip. All through the ordeal, no apology whatsoever and I feel he is doing me a favour by attending to me. what terrible customer service!! More
On July 4th went to this dealer to see a used vehicle they had advertised. It took over an hour for the salesperson to do the paperwork required to see the car and once we got to the car, he did not know they had advertised. It took over an hour for the salesperson to do the paperwork required to see the car and once we got to the car, he did not know how to start it (it had a kill switch installed). After returning to the showroom another hour was wasted in more paperwork and in the end the "deal" was put on hold because the inspection report he had was not for the vehicle we viewed. After promises that the correct paperwork would be forwarded within next two days, we put a deposit on the vehicle - based on the proper inspection report being forwarded to us. This did not happen and on July 8th we cancelled the sale and asked for our money back. As of July 23 this has not happened even though we repeatedly phoned and faxed asking for this to happen. We even contacted Hyundai Canada, who did respond by email saying they contacted the dealer and that someone would be in touch. 4 days later this has not happened. On the advice of VISA we have just filed a complaint with VISA and they are going to look into this dealer. More
Bought a used Santa Fe. Salesperson insisted it was in perfect condition. We went to visit, the vehicle had a missing panel on the side, which was found in the trunk (however, cosmetic). Salesperson indic perfect condition. We went to visit, the vehicle had a missing panel on the side, which was found in the trunk (however, cosmetic). Salesperson indicated we could pick up the vehicle at the end of the week. Signed the papers, salesperson was very pushy, didn't give us a lot of time to consider the offer. Once the papers were signed, waited 40 minutes to meet with the finance representative, who spent most of the 40 minute meeting trying to sell us extended warranties and other financing packages. Was very pushy. Waited for financing to be approved, which it was. Dealer noted that it was now impossible to pick up the vehicle at the end of the week. Arrived the following Monday, dealer requested that we pay $400 in cash because they made an error for taxes. They were lucky we actually had $400 in cash. Drove vehicle off the lot, a tail light was dead. Overall, very poor experience. However, the price was right for the car, we've had it a year, no issues to date. I would go back with cash to purchase a car instead. More
They are very pushy. They did not have material in English. The car that my friend reserved was actually in worse condition than they stated. They said that the car simply needed a new battery. Af English. The car that my friend reserved was actually in worse condition than they stated. They said that the car simply needed a new battery. After a few days, they still could not fix the car so it obviously has much bigger issues than a battery replacement which takes a few mins. the biggest issue has been to get a refund. They are able to take your money at any hour of the day but make it impossible to get a refund (i.e. 9am-4PM... could be 5PM but I get different stories from different employees). My friend is still not refunded and they are still asking my friend if they want a new car from them. More
