I am honestly amazed at the reviews for this dealership. Maybe i have just been incredibly unlucky with my overall experience. Presale it was great Signing and post sale has been atrocious. Service 1: 1700 kms on the car i get offered an oil change i say no thanks just tires I send someone to bring my car and they sell the oil change anyways and say its needed. So i had to pay an oil change when i didnt need it. Now today...3 weeks ago i booked tire change online and clearly indicated in the details that the tires were stored with hyundai and the winters are to be stored after. They call today when im not home and get a member of my family. The lady says that my tires cant be done because the code wasnt marked in that the tires were stored with hyundai and that i made the mistake. My family member tells them that its in the details and the lady on the phone acknowledged that its there but SHE didnt see it and the code wasnt in the appointment...but somehow its still my fault. She then says well we have to move it a week because they need 48hrs to get the tires...seriously??? This was this morning and my original appointment was friday morning...as a nice bonus i took off time friday to get my tires done anddddd now i wasted time off. Thanks hyundai gabriel west island...greats cars poor service More

Excellent service today. Took more time than they predicted though. Also, please have the receptionist at your cashier desk wear a mask! The plexiglas is not in front of the counter where she served us, and all customers are wearing masks, as per the Quebec public health guidelines. I spoke to our service person about this before leaving this morning. They understood. Thanks! More
