Bad Customer Service Bad service. I had a maintenance appointment there. After I left the car I would like to sit in the waiting room and just wait. The guy at the recepti Bad service. I had a maintenance appointment there. After I left the car I would like to sit in the waiting room and just wait. The guy at the reception told me that I was NOT supposed to stay there because I didn't say that when I made the service appointment. It seems like I need to book a place in the waiting room to sit first. I didn't want to argue with them since my English is not so good and I just left. I was not happy with the service and wrote a complaint to their website and also to the reception. After that, nobody has ever contacted me to follow up that complaint. All the calls I got from Hyundai President are for sales, sales, sales....It seems like they only care about sales, not services. I felt disappointed and decided to change the place to do my car maintenance. Defintely I would not suggest this Hyundai President to a firend. More
