The service I received was excellent. A new battery was installed and the car was cleaned. All other checks were completed to make sure car was in excellent condition. I recently had a frustrating experience with the finance team at Hyatt Infiniti. They were incredibly pushy about getting me to sign up with First Canadian, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t interes team at Hyatt Infiniti. They were incredibly pushy about getting me to sign up with First Canadian, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t interested. When I declined, the attitude I received was unprofessional and rude. It’s one thing to offer options, but the pressure and disrespect I encountered made the entire process uncomfortable. I expected better customer service from a dealership of this caliber. Very disappointing. More
