Visited today to get a wheel alignment. Met at the Service bay by Robert Obront and was quickly taken care of. Was given a completion time of 1 to 1 1/2 hours and waited in the lounge. Asked dealer to troubleshoot a back up sensor. They charged $200 to check the sensors. Reported that needed a new sensor and it would be $670 dollars. Got home and checked the sensor and it was ju They charged $200 to check the sensors. Reported that needed a new sensor and it would be $670 dollars. Got home and checked the sensor and it was just loose and needed the bracket to be attached to the inside of the bumper. They are quick to charge almost $900 but totally missed the real problem, a bit of glue or a new bracket with adhesive on it. Total ripoff at Infiniti dealership when they cannot figure out the problem after spending $200 and I was able to figure it out in 10 minutes for free. More
