I paid $200 for diagnostics and a further $36 for miscellaneous charges. They couldn’t diagnose the problem. I had to show them where the problem is. In my opinion, I should not be paying any diagnostic fees. They were able to diagnose one car door lock problem, but I have no confidence in it because they could not do the other one on their own plus when I showed them they still kind of shrugged it off. Very poor service. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for a long time probably 15 years. They’ve been going in the wrong direction with respect to service quality that hit a new low with me today. More
