Outstanding service! This was my first car and I was extremely nervous but the staff at HMP makes you feel right at home. From the moment I walked through the door to the time I left with my new car everyone was extremely organized, knowledgable, friendly and understanding. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and were always available by phone or email for questions. Justin and Susan were amazing and made the whole process go smoothly. Justin was extremely helpful and answered all my questions clearly and gave advise based on his experience. We chose the car on the web, emailed to Justin for availability, got the confirmation and the next day we went to Exeter for a test drive. Justin is very flexible and accommodating, ready to come to work earlier and leave later if needed and convenient for the customer, which was very important to us.
