This long standing relationship stems from our dealings with Tim who is the role model for HMP exhibiting honesty, fairness, personal respectfulness, drive for satisfaction and qualtiy, and shows appreciation for our business on a constant basis. As a result we feel confident that we have gotten the best deal possible on GM products and services and enjoyed doing business with Tim and HMP. Product availability was somewhat disappointing as we were not able to get the colour and trim preferred to match our equipment choice which was surprising given we are still early in the model year. I assume this is more to do with GM than the dealerships. More

Excellent sales representative Justin Parker was my sale consultant - found him to be not pushy, honest and sincere - I live 4 to 5 hrs from their dealership and bought and traded a Justin Parker was my sale consultant - found him to be not pushy, honest and sincere - I live 4 to 5 hrs from their dealership and bought and traded a used truck to Huron without seeing it or them seeing my trade. It was as described and he delivered to me - that's service !! The next day I noticed that the spare tire was missing and once again it was taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately because of the distance I will not be able to use their service dept as if Justin is a sample of their team I am sure it would have been a good experience. I will definitely give Justin a call for my next vehicle. More

Despite being busy, we never felt like we weren't being helped and it always felt like they would do what they could to make our experience a great one.
